1. Terms of Service
Booking policies:
Reservations must be made in advance. The price for accommodation is based on the availability at the date of the reservation request. The rate for the accommodation includes all taxes (city tax and VAT) and breakfast according to the number of people in the reservation.

The rates offered depend on the requested period, seasonality, apartment type and number of people.
Arrival and departure:
Check-in starts at 04:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability starting 10:00 AM and costs 35 Euro.
For check-in before 10:00 one more night of accommodation will be charged. Early check-in can be offered only upon availability.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Check-out after 12:00 will be charged with 35 Euro / room, and check-out after 04:00 PM is charged with one more accommodation night. Check-out time may be extended only after availability is confirmed with the aparthotel's reception.
Accommodation:
Check-in for each guest is done after filling-in in the arrival and departure announcement form, based on the identity card.
At the time of check-in, a deposit of 100 Euro will be required for any type of apartment, except for Penthouse apartments, for which the deposit amount is 300 Euro. Disturbing public peace, organizing any private events inside the apartments or non-compliance with the rules and regulations of Orhideea Residence & Spa may lead to eviction without warning from the apartment and / or charge of the full deposit.
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and any other areas of the accommodation unit. Breaking this rule creates a prejudice to the property in amount of 100 Euro / event.
Children under 18 years old cannot stay without being accompanied by an adult throughout their stay at Orhideea Residence & Spa.
All visitors must be registered at the reception. Visits are allowed until 08.00 PM, and in case of an extended visit (after 08.00 PM), the hotel will charge an additional amount of 30 euro, including VAT, per room per night. The number of visitors must not exceed the maximum occupancy capacity of the room.
Orhideea Residence & Spa does not assume responsibility for the improper use of existing facilities inside the apartments.
Services:
Breakfast (continental buffet) is included for guests staying at Orhideea Residence & Spa. It is served at "Orhideea Sky" Restaurant on the 11th floor, daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Parking at Orhideea Residence & Spa is available for a fee and must be paid upon exit. Please note that the parking is owned by a different company, and the payment is separate from the accommodation price, if applicable. Aparthotel guests are informed that parking in other areas than the ones marked will be charged by the parking operator, according to its own regulations. Guests staying at Orhideea Residence & Spa can register a car/apartment for free parking during their stay.
Pets are not allowed inside Orhideea Residence & Spa.
Room cleaning is done once per day. Linen is changed every 2 days. The request of daily changing the bed linen is charged with 10 Euro/day. We reserve the right to apply an additional cleaning fee of 50 euro per event per apartment if extra cleaning time is needed.
Access to the spa center (pool, saunas, salt room, hammam, and fitness area) is 10 euro per day per adult for guests staying at Orhideea Residence & Spa who do not already have access included in their reservation.
Children under 16 have free access to the pool area only when accompanied by an adult until 08:00 PM. For adults, access is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends or legal holidays.
"Orhideea Sky" Restaurant, located on the top floor of the building, offers the perfect view of Bucharest. We offer a varied menu with vegan and vegetarian options, as well as a wide range of pizzas. The restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with the last order taken at 10:00 PM.
Data collection:
Millennium Tour SRL located in Bucharest, Calea Plevnei 145B, SPA, collects, uses, and stores the following personal information - required by law or given with your consent: 1. your name, surname, nationality, address, date of birth, ID number in order to fill in the registration form [GDPR, Art. 6, section 1. b and c]. This data may be disclosed to Romanian law enforcing authorities, tourism control authorities, and our providers of IT services and management. We store this data for a period of 10 years. 2. We collect your credit card information and a copy of your Id in order to rightfully executethe guarantee and to be able to provide our bank and any court of law any of the required informationrelevant to your stay and your payment agreement [GDPR, Art. 6, section 1, a and f]. This data may be disclosed to EU banks, law enforcing authorities, the court of law, and our providers of IT services and management. We store this data for a period of 4 years. 3. We collect your email address and phone numbers for urgent communications. This data may be disclosed to law enforcing authorities and our providers of IT services and management. We store this data for 1 year. 4. We monitor all public areas of our property, including balconies and terraces of the apartments, by video surveillance for your safety and in our legit interest [GDPR, Art. 6, section 1, d and f]. This information may be disclosed to any law enforcing authorities, state agencies, court of law, EU banks and our service providers (security, IT, and management). We store this information for 90 days or,in case of an incident, until the investigation is completed. All the information collected data may be stored in another EU country. For the information required in section 2 and 3, you give your consent to collect, process, and store it and you have the right to delete, rectify and restrict it by filling a request to gdpr@orhideeaspa.ro. You have the right to file a complaint with ANSPDCP (NSAPDPR, The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing in Romania).
2. Payment methods
Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards, holiday cards (Edenred, Pluxee, Up Romania), bank transfer, or payment link.
3. Reimbursment policies
Non-refundable bookings:
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
Flexible bookings – one day before arrival
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night within 1 day before arrival.
